Irresponsible BBC

BBC has come under fire a lot lately because of some outrageous reporting.

The bit that irked me was this article about the recent Test match where they show a photo of Kevin Peterson on the ground and Srisanth walking away to bowl. The title of the pic said something like "SreeSanth walks away after bowling a beamer to KP" or something to that effect. To a casual observer it would seem Sreesanth was the most evil and arrogant man in the world! While the truth is Sreesanth immediately apologized after the "alleged" beamer..

I guess a bottom can be long.
Ramsbottom probably stole the bottom from a ram.
Winterbottom's bottom probably only appears in winter! :D

In my (not so humble) opinion, office hours should start everyday from 11 am, and finish by 5 30 pm. And both Saturday and Sunday should be holidays - every week.

Reality strikes...

....and its not pleasant!! For a while I was in a state of euphoria - nothing was wrong with the world - everybody was happy happy! And now reality strikes... and its the same old world I belonged to.

Sigh... I wish I wish i get that feeling again...

My Weekend ...

Half of the weekend is over. It was same as many last weekends i.e. boring. I am getting so bored of my life. I need to make some drastic changes.

Unfortunately my family can't come over here don't ask me why. I don't fit into the pub culture of Irish life so don't have any friends. So only logical solution seems is either to go home and take up a job there or move to some other country.

Anyways can't make any changes until the end of Jan (08) but after that ...

Newyork Naagaram

I think New York Nagaram is one of the best songs ARR has ever composed - man, its freaking haunting and describes a lonely heart so well!!! I get goosebumps every time I hear this song.... I think I am in love :P

Korn Flakes

When they serve you great big paper bag full of popcorn at the movies, it's ludicrous that they charge RS 75 (!!!!) that wud probably have a cost price/ making charge of Rs 15....

and when they serve you popcorn for Rs 35, you grumble that the popcorn finishes MUCH too fast, and a paperpacket should last you at LEAST half the movie, na...?!

....that firefox is a memory hog and a poorly designed browser. the freaking thing hangs and goes into infinite loops even on a mac! It used to do it in windows too - so its pretty clear, the OS is not the problem - the software is!
